Whisky Aged Honduras – Limited Holiday Release
The flavor was a perfect blend of both dark roast taste and essence. I loved it from the 1st sniff to the last drop in the cup. It's now my 1st preference from many of my choices of Redemption Road Coffee.
It’s not roasted past the second crack so I’m not sure how you call this dark roast. There is still plenty of chaff on the bean and I was hoping for a dark oily sheen on the surface of the bean. The flavor is smooth and the aroma was good.
We agree it is a great flavor note and are so glad that you enjoyed the coffee! We roast our coffee fresh so sometimes the sheen doesn’t appear until a few days after on this bean.
