A very pleasant cuppa

The beans seemed very dry and were difficult to grind properly, took a lot longer to get them to my pour over level.. I don't know if the beans are supposed to be like that or if this batch was old.
Might give it another try but not if this is how these beans always are...

The taste is smooth. Medium roast is okay but my preference is for more of a darker roast effect.
