This coffee is decaffeinated naturally by sugar cane fermenting and used to extract caffeine in a process called Ethyl Acetate decaffeination.

I usually drink decaf coffee any time of day, however, I have really had to search many suppliers for the tasting notes which I like, chocolate, creamy, nougat, caramel, hazelnut, marshmallow, medium roast. This Decaf Colombia is a win. I grind enough beans for on cup of pour over in the morning and I also have an espresso after lunch. It is a coffee that can do both.

The Colombia decaf beans are second only to the Guatemala decaf; both brew to a smooth robust coffee that's a pleasure to sip!
