We are excited to offer Whisky Aged Coffee! We age the green coffee for one month in 50 gallon drums. We use American Oak staves that have been custom toasted and saturated for each coffee. The natural origin characteristics of the coffee and the custom staves create a beautiful pairing of coffee and whisky flavors. We then expertly roast the coffee to ensure that we extract all of the flavors that are in the coffee to bring you the best cup when brewed.

Thank you for your feedback! Have you tried our other coffees? Sometimes the whisky aged is very different because it involves a more intensive process to create the rich whisky flavors. I am addicted!

I love the regular Malawi coffee - it is truly one of the best coffees I have ever had. I tried the whisky aged Malawi and wow! It is something so unique and different and incredibly delicious! It is absolutely worth trying! I just add a small amount of caramel-flavored coffee creamer and I cannot seem to get enough.
Plus who does not want to support such a great company with great people and great customer service. Thank you Redemption Road Coffee for this whisky aged Malawi coffee!

Nice morning brew

This is a very nice coffee. It is bright and light, and just the thing to start the morning right. If you have enjoyed Sumatra-sourced beans in the past, you will find this one to be a lovely example of what that variety has to offer.

Everyone that tries it, loves it!

LOVE the coffees from Redemption Road. Doesn't matter what flavor we get, they are all really good with no bitter aftertaste. When I fix coffee for company, they also comment how good it is.

Love this coffee!

We had the pleasure of discovering Redemption Road coffee at our local farmers market a few months ago. Since then, we have tried a few different beans but keep coming back to the Malawi! Makes excellent espresso and cold brew!

Best Decaf

I will admit it: I am a coffee snob. It was difficult for me to accept that I needed to cut down on my caffeine consumption (aging is just so much fun), because most decafs just taste like watered down and/or more bitter versions of decent coffee.
I have now found the decaf to change that perception. The Decaf Columbia from Redemption Road Coffee has all the depth of character and subtle notes of a really good fully caffeinated coffee. It is so rich and smooth that I don't mind at all when the clock tells me that it is past caffeine-o'clock
I will even choose to start the day with this decaf some mornings over a caffeinated variety just because I like it so much. But don't tell anyone; my fellow coffee addicts would be aghast at the very concept! Until they have tried this particular decaf, that is.
